An accountant’s first question about the cloud is “will there be paperwork?” Yes: an invoice, an acceptance certificate and an e-invoice (ESF). Here’s how payment works so it’s convenient for the director and stress-free for accounting.
Two ways to pay
- Bank transfer against an invoice — for LLCs and organizations. We issue an invoice for any amount, funds are credited to your balance once received, and every month you get an acceptance certificate and an e-invoice (ESF) via Didox/Faktura.
- Payme, Click, Uzum — credited within minutes, from a corporate or personal card. Convenient for sole proprietors and for an urgent top-up when a bank transfer takes two days.
How daily billing works
You top up your balance, and every day the cost of active services is deducted from it — for example, 18 000 UZS for a VPS and 10 000 for MCDrive. The panel shows “Enough for 26 days.” Change the configuration and the daily charge changes from the next day. Delete a server and charges stop the same day. No “pay a year in advance” and no lost leftover balances.
Which documents accounting receives
| Document | When | How |
|---|---|---|
| Public offer agreement | upon registration | public, linked on the website; a signed copy on request |
| Invoice | on request, any amount | in the panel or from your manager |
| Acceptance certificate | monthly, by the 5th | EDI (Didox, Faktura) or paper |
| E-invoice (ESF) | monthly | automatically via EDI |
| Reconciliation statement | on request | from MyCloud accounting |
How to keep your server running
- Keep an eye on the forecast in the panel: “Enough for N days.”
- When the balance hits zero, the service is suspended. Data is kept for 7 days — top up within that period and the server switches back on automatically; after 7 days the data is deleted permanently.
- Before long holidays, top up your balance with a margin.
- Services are prepaid. If invoice approval takes time, request an invoice in advance — for any amount, even several months ahead.
Common questions from accountants
VAT? Not charged: MYCLOUD LLC is not a VAT payer, and all prices are shown without VAT. Currency? UZS only, so no exchange rate differences. Can we pay on behalf of another company? Yes, by specifying the payer in the payment reference. Refund of the remaining balance? Under the public offer agreement: in cases provided for by law or by agreement of the parties, within 10 business days of your request.
