Six steps from sign-up to a cloud archive and your cameras on your phone. Everything is done in the mcvms.uz video panel, and support helps set up cameras and routers for free.

6 steps Any IP camera with RTSP Pay by the day Free setup help

What you’ll need

Have these ready and your first camera is live in about half an hour

E-mail

For the confirmation code and service notifications.

INN or PINFL

Your company’s INN (9 digits) or an individual’s PINFL (14 digits) — payments are matched by it.

IP cameras with RTSP

Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview and other modern models. You need each camera’s IP address, login and password.

Internet on site

At least 2 Mbit/s upload per Full HD camera.

Step 1 · 3 minutes

Sign up in the panel

mcvms.uz → Sign up
  1. Open mcvms.uz and click “Sign up”.
  2. Enter your organisation name, full name, e-mail and password, check the details and confirm.
  3. A code arrives by e-mail — enter it to confirm your address. You can’t sign in until it is confirmed.

The video panel is separate from the mcvps.uz server panel, so you create a new account here.

Is our installer or an administrator setting up your cameras? They can create the account for you — just get the login and password from them and skip to step 6.
Step 2 · 3 minutes

Create a location and fill in your details

First sign-in: Location → Requisites

After your first sign-in the panel walks you through two required steps — the other sections stay locked until they’re done.

  1. Location — the address where the cameras are: a shop, warehouse, office or pickup point. More sites? Add them later under “Locations”.
  2. Requisites — the payer’s details: name or full name, INN or PINFL, bank and address.
Double-check the INN or PINFL: the payment system uses it to know whose balance to top up. With a wrong number, money won’t be credited automatically.
Step 3 · 1 minute

Top up your balance

“Top up balance” button · “Payment” section

Video surveillance is prepaid from your balance and charged once a day.

By card — instantly

Click “Top up balance”, enter the amount and pay with a UZCARD or HUMO card via Rahmat. Your card is charged the amount plus the gateway’s 1% fee, and the amount you entered is credited at once.

By bank transfer

For companies and larger amounts — a transfer to MYCLOUD’s bank details, which are also in the panel under “Payment”. Be sure to put the contract number and your INN in the payment purpose.

How much to add? The price depends on archive size, not on the number of cameras: 4 Full HD cameras recording during business hours with a 30-day archive start at 378 000 UZS a month. For an exact figure use the MCVMS calculator.
Step 4 · 10–20 minutes

Prepare your cameras

On site

The service has to reach your cameras over the internet. Pick one of three ways:

  • Over the internet — the camera or recorder has a public address and the RTSP port (usually 554) is open on the router.
  • Through a router (VPN) — your router is connected to the service and the cameras stay on the local network with no open ports. We can install a configured Mikrotik router.
  • Through a Bridge — an on-site device that connects cameras without a VPN and records to built-in memory if the internet drops. When the link is back, recordings upload to the cloud on their own.

Set the camera to the H.264 codec — every browser and phone can play it.

Not sure which way suits you? Message @mcvideosupport — we’ll help set up cameras and routers for free. No cameras yet? We supply a kit with installation and setup.
Step 5 · 2 minutes per camera

Add a camera

Cameras → Add camera
  1. Open “Cameras” and click “Add camera”.
  2. Set the location, a name (e.g. “Till” or “Entrance”) and the plan — it sets how many days the archive is kept.
  3. Choose the connection method from step 4.
  4. Pick the manufacturer and enter the camera’s IP address, login and password — the stream address is built for you. Camera not listed? Enter the RTSP URL manually.
  5. Wait for “Stream received — source online”, turn on archive recording and save the camera.
If a camera streams H.265 (HEVC), most browsers won’t show the video. Switch the camera to H.264 or use the secondary (sub) stream for live viewing.
Step 6 · 2 minutes

Watch live video and the archive

Live view · Archive · Apps
  • Live view — all cameras in one grid; cameras from different sites can be grouped into video walls.
  • Archive — pick a camera, then the date and time on the timeline. You can download the clip you need, say, to settle a dispute.
  • Phone and computer — the Windows and Android apps are downloaded in the panel under “Apps”. On an iPhone open mcvms.uz in Safari and add it to the Home Screen.
  • Team — under “Team” create accounts and choose which cameras and locations each person sees (live and archive).
Computer
  1. Open mcvms.uz in a browser
  2. Or install the Windows app: “Apps” → “Download”
  3. “Live view” — all cameras in a grid
  4. “Archive” — date and time on the timeline, clip download
Phone
  1. Android — the app from the “Apps” section
  2. iPhone — Safari → “Share” → “Add to Home Screen”
  3. Sign in with the same e-mail and password
  4. Live video and archive for every site in one place
There is no limit on cameras and the price doesn’t depend on them — connect all your sites to one panel.

Done — your cameras record to the cloud

The archive is kept in a data centre in Tashkent: if the recorder is stolen or broken, the recordings survive. To add another site or camera, repeat steps 4 and 5.

What the panel can do

All in the mcvms.uz panel, no support tickets needed

Team

A separate login for each person, with access only to the cameras and locations they need. The number of team members depends on the plan.

Video walls

Put cameras from different sites on one screen and set their order.

Changing the plan

More retention days — the archive keeps growing. Fewer — recordings older than the new term are deleted, so the system asks you to confirm.

Exporting recordings

Download an archive clip for the period you need — for a dispute, the police or an insurer.

Wildberries

For pickup point owners: the WB Point token is created under “Integrations → Tokens” — more.

Documents

Contract, invoices and acts are in the panel under “Documents”.

Payment and how to switch a camera off

The essentials in brief. Full terms are in the public offer agreement.

How charges work

  • Charged daily at 00:00 for the archive space actually used. While the archive is building up, the amount is lower.
  • The number of cameras and users doesn’t affect the price.
  • When your balance runs low you get a notification.
  • At a zero balance the service is suspended. The archive is kept for 7 days — top up and everything resumes automatically; after that recordings are deleted for good.

How to stop paying

  • Delete the camera together with its archive under “Cameras” — this is confirmed with your password and can’t be undone.
  • Download the clips you need first.
  • While the archive is stored, its size is charged daily.
  • Any unused balance is refunded on request within 10 working days (clauses 19.11–19.13 of the offer).
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can an individual get video surveillance?

Yes. Enter your PINFL (14 digits) in the requisites — it’s on your ID card or biometric passport. You can top up with a UZCARD or HUMO card right in the panel.

Which cameras work?

Any IP camera with RTSP: Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview and most modern models. Analogue cameras connect through a recorder that provides an RTSP stream.

What if the internet drops on site?

Directly connected cameras don’t record to the cloud during the outage — recording resumes on its own. A Bridge keeps recording to built-in memory and uploads afterwards, so the archive has no gaps.

The video doesn’t play in the browser

Usually the camera streams H.265 (HEVC). Switch it to H.264 in the camera settings or use the sub stream for viewing. If the camera shows as offline, check its power and the internet on site.

Is there a limit on cameras?

No. The price depends only on the archive size your cameras produce.

How do I connect pickup point cameras to Wildberries?

Add the pickup point cameras, create a token under “Integrations → Tokens” and enter it in WB Point. Step by step — in the guide for pickup point owners (PDF).

Where do I get documents for accounting?

Contract, invoices and acts are in the panel under “Documents”.

Is there DDoS protection?

Yes, basic DDoS filtering is included in all plans at no extra cost. If an attack threatens the infrastructure, traffic to the attacked address may be temporarily restricted. Clients who launch attacks from our servers are blocked.
