The facility in Tashkent where your servers and data live

MyCloud’s own Tier II+ data center: uninterruptible power with a diesel generator, climate control, security and access control, and two independent carriers with automatic failover. All our services run here — VPS, server colocation, MCDrive storage and MCVMS video surveillance.

Come and see for yourself: tours for colocation clients are available by arrangement.

Engineering systems

Everything that protects your server from what an office server room can’t

Power

Uninterruptible power supplies carry the load when grid power drops, and a diesel generator takes over during extended outages. Rack power is 220 V, 50 Hz.

Climate

Precision cooling keeps temperature and humidity in the server room constant: equipment doesn’t overheat in summer and lasts longer.

Network

Our own autonomous system, BGP and two independent carriers: if one fails, traffic automatically fails over to the other. Direct connection to TASIX and UZIX.

Physical security

Security staff, access control and video surveillance in the server room. Client equipment is sealed in the client’s presence and installed in the rack.

Monitoring

Power, climate, network and equipment health are monitored around the clock by an automated monitoring system; any deviation immediately alerts our engineers.

Data storage

SSD drives and fault-tolerant storage systems (RAID) for VPS and MCDrive; Veeam backups are stored separately from production systems.

Procedure

How to access your equipment

For colocation clients — access to your server by arrangement

Request to support

Message us on Telegram: who is coming, when and why (disk replacement, installation, removal). For first-time visitors, we need passport details to issue a pass.

Escort

A facility engineer meets you, takes you to the server room and stays present while you work on your rack. Other clients’ equipment is off-limits.

Log and report

Every visit is logged; if our team does the work without you coming in (remote hands), we send photos and a report.

FAQ

Data center FAQ

What does Tier II+ mean?

It is the level of a facility’s engineering systems with redundancy of key power and cooling components: UPS and diesel generator, duplicated air conditioners, two carriers. The “plus” means extra redundancy beyond the baseline Tier II requirements. 99.5% availability per calendar year is set in the contract.

Can I see the facility before signing a contract?

Yes, tours for prospective colocation clients are available by arrangement — message support and we’ll agree on a day and time.

What happens if there’s a power outage in the area?

The UPS picks up the load instantly, and the diesel generator starts automatically and runs for as long as needed. Clients don’t notice the outage.

Where is VPS and MCDrive data physically located?

In this facility in Tashkent, on MyCloud storage systems. Data is not transferred outside Uzbekistan.

Can I bring a server in a regular tower case?

No, we only host equipment in 19-inch rack-mount chassis with rails. Detailed requirements are on the colocation page.

Who has access to my server?

Only you and the facility engineer escorting you during arranged work. The server is sealed, and every visit is logged.

Is there DDoS protection?

Yes, basic DDoS filtering is included in all plans at no extra cost. If an attack threatens the infrastructure, traffic to the attacked address may be temporarily restricted. Clients who launch attacks from our servers are blocked.
