How to order and launch a VPS

Six steps from sign-up to a running server. You do everything yourself in the mcvps.uz control panel — no calls or paperwork; the server itself is created automatically, usually within 15 minutes.

6 steps Server in 15 minutes Pay by the day Help in Telegram

What you will need

Have these ready and the whole process takes about half an hour

E-mail and phone

You will receive a confirmation link and the server login details by e-mail.

INN or PINFL

Your company’s INN (9 digits) or your personal PINFL (14 digits).

A way to pay

A UZCARD or HUMO card via Payme, Click, Uzum or Rahmat — or an invoice for companies.

A login app

A terminal with SSH for Linux, or Remote Desktop Connection for Windows.

Step 1 · 2 minutes

Sign up in the control panel

mcvps.uz → Sign up
  1. Open mcvps.uz and click “Sign up”.
  2. Enter your name, e-mail and phone number. The number is used for Telegram notifications, so give the one you actually use.
  3. Open the e-mail and follow the link to confirm your address.

The interface language — Russian, Uzbek or English — is switched in the menu with the flag.

No e-mail? Check your Spam and Promotions folders. If nothing arrives within 10 minutes, contact support.
Step 2 · 3 minutes

Accept the offer and fill in your details

Billing → Requisites
  1. On first sign-in the public offer agreement opens. Read it, tick “I have read and accept” and click “Accept”.
  2. Go to “Billing → Requisites” and fill in your details: name (full name for individuals), INN or PINFL, bank, address, signatory.
  3. Click “Verify” — the number is checked against the tax registry. An INN has 9 digits, a PINFL 14.

The billing system links your payments to your account by INN or PINFL: without these details no balance appears. The same details go on invoices and acts.

Don’t put this step off: an account that has no details, services or payments a few days after sign-up is deleted automatically. You get an e-mail one day before.
Step 3 · a few minutes

Top up your balance

Payme, Click, Uzum, Rahmat or bank

All MyCloud services are prepaid from a single balance. There is no minimum top-up.

Individuals

In the Payme, Click, Uzum or Rahmat app choose “Transfer by requisites” and pay with a UZCARD or HUMO card using MYCLOUD’s details. In the payment purpose write: “Balance top-up under the offer, INN 311045816”. The money usually arrives within a few minutes.

Companies

Pay by bank transfer using our bank details — be sure to put the contract number and your INN in the payment purpose. You receive an act of services rendered and an electronic invoice every month.

Your balance is shown under “Billing → Billing”, together with how many days it will last.

How much to add? To place an order your balance must cover several days of the server’s running cost — the order form shows the exact amount. A 2 vCPU · 4 GB · 60 GB server costs 10 000 UZS a day, so 300 000 UZS lasts about a month.
Step 4 · 1 minute + build

Order the server

Virtual machines → Order a VM
  1. Name — Latin letters, digits and hyphens, for example web-01.
  2. Tariff — leave it empty and the platform picks the public tariff for you.
  3. Resources — vCPU, RAM, disk and the number of IP addresses. The price per day and per month appears on the right straight away.
  4. Operating system — pick a template: Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, Fedora or Windows Server. Need your own build? Leave the template empty and choose an installation ISO — you install the system yourself through the console.
  5. Click “Order”. The server is created automatically, usually within 15 minutes; the IP address, gateway and DNS are configured for you.
Not sure how much you need? Start smaller — you can scale up later without moving. Get suggestions in the configuration picker and prices in the calculator. Windows Server licences are purchased by the customer.
Step 5 · 2 minutes

Connect to the server

Access e-mail · VM card → Console

When the server is ready you get an e-mail with the IP address, the administrator account name and a temporary password. Logging in as root is usually disabled in templates — use the account from the e-mail.

  • Linux — connect over SSH from a terminal (Windows 10/11 has one too).
  • Windows — use Remote Desktop Connection (RDP). Right after creation Windows spends a few minutes finishing setup — if RDP does not answer, wait a little.
  • Browser console — the “Console” tab on the VM card works even when networking on the server is not set up.
Linux · terminal
# user and password are in the e-mail
$ ssh user@185.xx.xx.10
# change the temporary password
$ passwd
Windows · Remote Desktop
  1. Press Win + R and type mstsc
  2. Computer — the IP address from the e-mail
  3. User name and password — from the e-mail
  4. After logging in, change the password: Ctrl + Alt + End
Change the temporary password right after your first login. The platform does not store passwords — the e-mail is the only copy. Forgot it? Set a new one under “VM card → System”.
Step 6 · 10 minutes

Secure the server and turn on notifications

Server · Account · VM card → Backups
  1. Update the system and enable a firewall — keep only the ports you need open. On Windows, restrict RDP access and use a strong password.
  2. Add an SSH key under “Account” — it is added to new servers automatically, so you can log in without a password.
  3. Turn on two-factor authentication in your panel profile — codes from an authenticator app.
  4. Connect Telegram: “Account → Telegram” → open the bot, press “Start” and “📱 Share number”. Balance warnings and server changes will also come to Telegram.
  5. Set up backups under “VM card → Backups”: snapshots, OVA export or scheduled Veeam. Backup is a paid option.
Ubuntu / Debian
# update the system
$ sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y
# firewall: allow SSH and enable
$ sudo ufw allow OpenSSH
$ sudo ufw enable

Done — your server is running

Install your website, 1C, CRM or bot. The fee is charged once a day for as long as the server exists. Moving a project from another host? We will advise you and walk you through it.

Next

Managing your server

Everything is on the VM card in the mcvps.uz panel — no support tickets needed

Power and console

Start, stop and reboot in one click. The console opens right in your browser.

More resources

vCPU, RAM, disk and bandwidth — “Resources” tab → “Send request”. The new price applies from the next day, no migration needed.

Reinstall the OS

“System” tab: a clean system in a few minutes, keeping the name, IP and resources. Data on the disk is erased.

Your own ISO

Mount an installation image under “System” and boot from it — for custom builds and recovery.

Extra IP address

“Network” tab: one more public address — the price is shown before you confirm.

Backups and portability

A snapshot before risky changes, scheduled Veeam, and OVA export of the whole machine to run it anywhere.

Payment and how to stop a server

The essentials in brief. Full terms are in the public offer agreement.

How charges work

  • Charges run daily at 00:00. The day the server is created is free: the first charge is at the next 00:00.
  • Changed the configuration? The new price applies from the next day.
  • When your balance runs low you get an e-mail (and a Telegram message if it is connected).
  • At zero balance the server is suspended. Data is kept for 7 days — top up and the server starts again automatically; after that the data is permanently deleted.

How to stop paying

  • Delete the server on its card — you confirm with your password. Delete before 00:00 and there is no next charge.
  • The disk and recovery points are deleted together with the server — save what you need first, for example by exporting to OVA.
  • As long as the server exists, it is charged daily even if nobody uses it.
  • Any unused balance is refunded on request within 10 working days (clauses 19.11–19.13 of the offer).
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can an individual order a VPS?

Yes. Enter your PINFL (14 digits) instead of an INN — it is on your ID card or biometric passport. Pay with a UZCARD or HUMO card via Payme, Click, Uzum or Rahmat.

I paid but my balance has not changed

Check that your details are filled in: payments are linked to your account by INN or PINFL. If they are, message Telegram support with the receipt or payment order and we will find the payment and credit it.

The access e-mail came without a password

This happens when the server could not confirm the password in time. We are notified and will set up access; or, without waiting, set the password yourself under “VM card → System”.

I cannot connect over SSH or RDP

Open the “Console” on the VM card: it works without networking and shows whether the system has started. With Windows, wait a few minutes after creation while setup finishes. If that does not help, contact support.

Can I try it first?

Yes: the launch day is free, and after that you pay by the day. You can delete the server on any day and the charges stop.

Will you help me move my site from another host?

Yes — we advise you and explain the order of steps: how to copy the data, set up the environment and switch the domain without downtime. Migration carried out by our engineers is a separate service (clause 17.6 of the offer).

Where do I get documents for accounting?

Contracts, invoices and acts are in the panel under “Billing → Documents”. Acts are issued monthly.

Is there DDoS protection?

Yes, basic DDoS filtering is included in all plans at no extra cost. If an attack threatens the infrastructure, traffic to the attacked address may be temporarily restricted. Clients who launch attacks from our servers are blocked.
