Recordings are stored in our Tier II+ data center in Tashkent: UPS and diesel generator, climate control, security and access control. Service availability of 99.5% is guaranteed in the contract.

Recordings are kept in a data center, not in a box on the wall. If the recorder is stolen, smashed or burns out, the archive stays intact — which is the main reason customers sign up for the service.

You choose the retention period yourself — plans range from 7 to 365 days. The longer the retention, the lower the price per gigabyte per day.

Only for the storage you actually use. You choose the stream settings — resolution, bitrate, motion-triggered or 24/7 recording — and they determine how much space the archive takes up.

There is no limit on the number of cameras. The cost depends not on how many there are, but on the volume of recordings they produce.

Via the web interface at mcvms.uz and the mobile app — from your phone, tablet or computer, live or from the archive. A user guide is available on the service page.

If you already have cameras installed, it is usually enough to connect them to the service. If you have no equipment, we supply ready-made kits with installation and setup — a 1-year warranty and technical support are included.

Cloud recording pauses while the connection is down and resumes automatically. For critical sites we recommend a backup internet connection.

The subscription fee is charged to your balance once a day at 00:00. As long as there are funds on your account, the service renews automatically; if the funds run out, access is suspended until you top up.

Yes, DDoS protection is included in all plans at no extra cost.
