What video surveillance gives a pharmacy

A pharmacy means a busy checkout, expensive products on the shelves and strict inventory control

Checkout and change

Was the receipt rung up, how much was paid and how much change given, was there a return. A camera over the checkout with a 30–90 day archive resolves most customer disputes in a minute.

Audits and shortages

The audit shows a shortfall on expensive items — check by date who worked at the display case and in the storeroom. An archive in the data center can’t be “cleaned up” before an inspection.

Night-time security

Motion-triggered recording after hours: if someone gets in, the camera records and you get an alert. No need for a separate security guard.

Pharmacist performance

Customer consultations, late arrivals, outsiders behind the counter, compliance with dispensing rules. Watch online from your phone.

Pharmacy chains

All locations in one app; branch managers get access only to their own pharmacies, the owner to all of them. A new pharmacy is connected within a day.

Archive off the premises

Any employee can switch off a recorder in the back room. The cloud archive can’t be reached from the pharmacy — recordings can’t be deleted or tampered with.

Video surveillance for pharmacies: FAQ

We recommend 30–90 days: that’s usually how long it takes to handle returns, claims and audits. 14–30 days is enough for the sales floor and entrance. Archive depth is set separately for each camera.

IP cameras with RTSP (Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview and most others) connect directly. Analog cameras connect through a DVR with RTSP output. Send us the model and we’ll tell you for sure.

Recording during business hours with a 30-day archive comes to about 378 000 UZS per month. Motion-triggered recording lowers that by about a third, and a 14-day archive cuts it in half. Get the exact figure in the calculator.

Yes. The owner sees all locations and the archive, the branch manager sees only her own pharmacy, and the pharmacist on shift sees only live video without the archive.

Choose a camera and a time range — the clip downloads as a file. Recordings are stored in a licensed data center, so their authenticity doesn’t depend on the equipment in the pharmacy.

Recording to the cloud pauses and resumes automatically once the connection is back. For pharmacies with an unstable connection, we’ll suggest a setup with a backup link.

Yes, DDoS protection is included in all plans at no extra cost.
