What 1C on a VPS solves

Typical situations that bring accounting teams and small businesses to us

Shared access

Several accountants and managers work in the same database at once — from the office, from home, from another city. No more “file is locked by another user.”

Your database stays safe

Daily snapshots and Veeam backups. An office disk fails, ransomware hits, your admin quits — the database in the data center is intact.

Faster than the old PC

SSD storage and dedicated cores: posting documents and running period reports stay fast even when the database grows to tens of gigabytes.

Work from any device

Connect over RDP from Windows, macOS or a tablet. A basic laptop is enough at the workstation — all the processing happens on the server.

Data stays in Uzbekistan

The server is physically located in Tashkent and only your users have access. We never log into your virtual machine and cannot see what’s in your database.

Pay by the day

No annual packages. Quarter closed — scale resources down; reporting season starts — scale them up. Charges are applied once a day.

FAQ: 1C on a VPS

For a file-mode database, plan on 1 GB of RAM and 0.5 vCPU per user plus 2 GB for the system. A 4 vCPU / 8 GB configuration comfortably handles 5–10 people. With 10+ users or a database larger than 4 GB, we recommend the client-server setup with PostgreSQL or MS SQL and an 8 vCPU / 16 GB configuration.

We provide a server with a clean operating system and full access. The platform, licenses and configuration are installed by your 1C specialist or franchise partner — they have the installers and keys. On our side, we help with networking, RDP, backups and file transfer.

The server runs Windows Server; you purchase the OS and remote desktop (RDS CAL) licenses yourself in line with Microsoft’s licensing policy. If you prefer Linux, 1C runs there too and no OS license is needed.

Yes. A hardware key can be forwarded to the virtual machine over the network via USB-over-IP; 1C software licenses bind to the server the usual way. Contact support and we’ll suggest the right setup for your key.

Virtual machine snapshots and Veeam Backup. We also recommend scheduling 1C database exports (.dt) to MCDrive — that way you have a copy at both the server level and the application level.

The server is in Tashkent and connected to TASIX/UZIX, so latency for users in Uzbekistan is just a few milliseconds. The 1C interface over RDP feels as responsive as a local install; traffic is minimal, so even mobile internet is enough.

A 4 vCPU / 8 GB / 100 GB SSD configuration with an IP address is 18 000 UZS per day, about 540 000 UZS per month. Billing is daily, and you can change resources on any day.

Yes, DDoS protection is included in all plans at no extra cost.
