How Much Does a 1C Server Cost in Uzbekistan: Worked Examples

VPS and servers Published: 01.09.2026 · 6 min read

“How much does a 1C server cost?” is a question usually answered with “it depends.” We worked through three real scenarios with concrete numbers so you can map them onto your own company.

What drives the price

The cost of a VPS is made up of four components: CPU cores (vCPU), RAM, disk and an IP address. With us, that’s 1 000 UZS per day per core, 1 000 per GB of RAM, 50 per GB of disk and 1 000 per IP. Internet and TASIX up to 100 Mbps are included. Everything else — 1C, Windows and remote desktop licenses — you buy separately from software vendors; it’s not part of the server.

So the question comes down to how many resources your 1C needs. That depends on three things: how many people work at the same time, whether you use a file-based or SQL database, and how large the database is.

Scenario 1. Accounting team of 3

One file-based 1C:Accounting database up to 2 GB, three users working over Remote Desktop. Rule of thumb: 1 GB of RAM and half a core per user, plus 2 GB for Windows Server.

  • Configuration: 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 60 GB SSD, 1 IP.
  • Cost: 2 000 + 4 000 + 3 000 + 1 000 = 10 000 UZS per day, about 300 000 UZS per month.

That’s cheaper than keeping a dedicated PC for the database in the office, which someone has to maintain and back up.

Scenario 2. Trading company, 10 users

1C:Trade Management and 1C:Accounting, two or three databases, up to 10 people at once: sales managers issue documents, accounting closes the month, the warehouse posts receipts. A file-based database is already at its limit — locks start to appear, and period reports take minutes to run.

  • Configuration: 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 100 GB SSD, 1 IP.
  • Cost: 18 000 UZS per day, about 540 000 UZS per month.

If your databases exceed 4 GB or you regularly have more than eight users, it’s worth moving to client-server mode with PostgreSQL — it’s free, and 1C supports it natively. In that case, take the resources from the next scenario.

Scenario 3. Branch network, 20 users, SQL

Several legal entities, data exchange between databases, up to 20 concurrent sessions, PostgreSQL or MS SQL on the same server. Here memory matters most: the DBMS likes to cache data.

  • Configuration: 8 vCPU, 16 GB RAM, 200 GB SSD, 1 IP.
  • Cost: 35 000 UZS per day, about 1 050 000 UZS per month.

For comparison: a physical server of this class costs from 40–60 million UZS, plus a UPS, plus space, plus someone to look after it. Its payback period compared with the cloud is measured in years.

What else to budget for

  • 1C licenses — platform and client licenses, software-based or USB key. Purchased from a 1C partner.
  • Windows Server and RDS CAL — if more than two people work via remote desktop. The alternative is Linux and the 1C web client: no OS licenses needed.
  • Backups — snapshots and Veeam are included; we recommend additionally setting up scheduled .dt exports to separate storage.

How not to overpay

The main advantage of daily billing is that you can start with a smaller configuration and add resources once you see the real load. Closing the quarter? Add 4 GB of RAM for a week, then scale back. You pay only for those days.

Service details and ready-made configurations are on the VPS for 1C page. Not sure which option fits? Tell us how many users and databases you have, and we’ll advise.
