- 30-day backups — a daily copy on a separate server, restore of emails or a mailbox on request; 25 to 10 UZS per GB per day.
- Domain monitor — daily SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and blacklist checks, alerts in Telegram; 50 UZS per domain per day.
- Email migration from your old service via IMAP — 120 000 UZS per domain + 3 600 UZS per mailbox, one-time. Free if you follow our guide yourself.
- A dedicated mail server on a VM if you need your own sending IP — price on request.
What we don’t promise
- Delivery also depends on the receiving side — its filters and reputation scoring.
- Without the “30-day backups” service, restoring individual emails and mailboxes is not guaranteed.
- In desktop Outlook for Windows, calendar and contacts are connected separately (CalDAV); full Exchange shared calendars are not available.

How to get started
Sign-up and balance
Register in the mcvps.uz account and top up your balance: Payme, Click, Uzum, Rahmat, bank transfer or xarid.uzex.uz.
Domain and mailboxes
Add your domain — the wizard shows which DNS records to add. Create mailboxes manually or upload staff from CSV.
Migration and work
If needed, we’ll help move your email from the old service. Questions — Telegram @mycloudsupport.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own domain?
Yes, email works on your domain. If you don’t have one, we’ll explain how to register it.
Can I migrate email without losing messages?
We move messages from your old service via IMAP sync (a paid service); your old mailbox is not deleted. You can also migrate yourself for free using our step-by-step guide.
We use Active Directory. Can it be connected?
There is no live AD sync. Importing staff from CSV is free: you export them from AD (we’ll give you the command), and mailboxes are created in bulk. Passwords aren’t transferred — temporary ones are issued.
Does it work with Outlook?
Yes: email via IMAP and SMTP; on phones and in mobile Outlook, calendar and contacts sync via ActiveSync. In desktop Outlook for Windows, calendar and contacts are connected separately (CalDAV) or used in the web version.
What happens if my balance runs out?
The service is suspended and resumes after a top-up. Incoming emails may not be delivered while it’s suspended — keep an eye on your balance.
Can a deleted email be restored?
That’s what the paid “30-day backups” service is for. Without it, restoring individual emails and mailboxes is not guaranteed.
How do I cancel?
Message us on Telegram — we’ll switch the service off and stop charging. No other obligations.
Is there DDoS protection?
Yes, basic DDoS filtering is included in all plans at no extra cost. If an attack threatens the infrastructure, traffic to the attacked address may be temporarily restricted. Clients who launch attacks from our servers are blocked.
